Formation of Agreement
By placing an order on our website www.ayla.fi, you agree to these terms and conditions. A purchase agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Products and Pricing
All prices include value-added tax (VAT) at 25,5 % and are presented in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. In case of an incorrect price, we will notify the customer immediately and reserve the right to cancel the order.
Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. The payment will be charged when the order is placed unless stated otherwise.
Delivery and Shipping Time
Our logistics partner, HRX Finland Oy, ships the products and uses Matkahuolto as last-mile partner. We offer standard shipping and home delivery. Purchases made using the standard shipping method are delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point. The shipping cost is €8,50 for Standard and €17,99 for Home delivery. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by reasons beyond our control.
Return Policy and Cancellation Terms
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. The cancellation must be made in writing via email to ayla@ayla.fi. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that when customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or otherwise subject to a claim. Return shipping cost is €8,50.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for technical issues with the website or delays/errors caused by third-party suppliers. The store is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the product unless required by law.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
